Jonathan Horowitz is a sports broadcaster and writer. An Emmy Award finalist for “Sports Play-by-Play” in the Heartland region, he is both a public address and play-by-play announcer for a variety of sports, including hockey at the University of Denver and equine sports around the world. He has also authored books for the Publishing Office at the Library of Congress in Washington DC, curated an exhibit at the Al-Marah Arabian Horse Galleries at the Kentucky Horse Park, and launched multiple columns for the horse racing publication Paulick Report. Horowitz has been an advocate for Arabian and Thoroughbred racehorses competing in equine sports and events on Off-the-Track Thoroughbreds and Race-bred Arabians that he used to announce.
